With friends like these, who needs enemies?

Summaries.
Massie Block is a rich girl who lives in Westchester, New York and has three best friends, Dylan, Kristen, and Alicia. They are the most popular girls in school. But her dad's friend and his family are moving up to NY from Orlando, and he has a daughter their age, Claire. She's not rich, not stylish, and a total LBR (loser beyond repair). Worst of all, she has to stay with her family in Massie's guesthouse till they find a house! Eventually Claire befriends Layne, a nice girl (who is an LBR) at school. But she still slowly tries to become friends with Massie. One day she gets an idea and sneaks into Massie's room while she's out. From there she IMs Massie's friends, pretending to be Massie. She tells them fake trends, so that they will all be wearing something but Massie won't be. And she pretends that Massie likes her, Claire! The next day, all the girls are really nice to her and not so nice to Massie. But soon they figure it out and Claire becomes #1 on their blacklist. At the end of the book, Massie's parents are having an auction for charity with clothes. Claire donates the outfit Alicia bought her. But then her dad and Massie's dad go crazy and try to get the girls to dance on stage. Claire hides in the azaleas and texts Massie, telling her to come too. They have fun hiding together and their friendship starts to develop a tiny bit.

The only thing harder than getting in is..... staying in.

Characters.
Massie Block: With her glossy hair and laser-whitened smile, Massie is the uncontested ruler of The Clique and the social scene at OCD, an exclusive private girls' school in Westchester County, New York. Massie knows you'd give anything to be just like her.
Dylan Marvil: Massie's second in command who divides her time between sucking up to Massie and sucking down Atkins Diet shakes.
Alicia Rivera: As sneaky as she is beautiful, Alicia flosts easily under adult radar because she seems so "sweet." Would love to take Massie's throne one day. Just might.
Kristen Gregory: She's smart, hardworking, and will insult you to tears faster than you can say "my haircut isn't ugly!"
Enter Claire Lyons, the new girl from Florida in Keds and two-year-old Gap overalls, who is clearly not Clique material. Unfortunately for her, Claire's family is staying in the guesthouse on Massie's family's huge estate while they look for a new home. Claire's future looks worse than a bad Prada knockoff. But with a little luck and a lot of scheming, Claire might just come up smelling like Chanel No. 19...

THE CLIQUE was released by 2008 while the novel (which became #1 New York Times Bestselling series) is written by Lisi Harrison in 2005. Like what you've guessed or known, it's about teenage friendship (espesially girls') with a lot of cute stuffs and fashion.

Just like another classic story, it's about the life of dream-girls who were rich, beautiful, popular and could make you jealous along. Then it was an uptown girl came by, ruin their days and eyes, but suddenly anything went upside-down and the most powerful one had no one; reversed to be the one who left behind.

This novel-based movie underlined some cases.
#1 Be yourself or fake yourself
#2 Make friends with anyone or anyone fake your friendship
#3 Make sure if your friendship isn't for benefits
#4 Be a trendsettre not follower - dare to be different - just be confident with your sets
#5 Be grateful
#6 Never done a thing for granted
#7 Winner or Loser.
Again, it's all up to you.

I have got a friendship like this in junior high school. It was great, rather stupid and memorable... But this part :
... has (perfectly punched me right at my face) taught me a thousand times than lot. I kinda miss 'em' so freaking much.
